We deliver to the United States. Any shipping charge is displayed at checkout. For delivery updates, contact us with your order number.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund before dispatch. Email houseofaurelio@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund it. Bank processing times vary.

Returns and exchanges

Contact us before sending an item back so that we can explain the applicable process and return address. A post-delivery return window has not yet been confirmed; please ask us before ordering. This does not limit any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
